To reply to the response my Appointment was July 5th and I don't remember the ladies who messed up my hair. No point in trying to fix anything I'm not coming back here. Huge waste of time and money.
Firstly, the owner seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. It took an eternity for someone to even acknowledge my appointment, and when they finally did, it was with an air of indifference that set the tone for the entire visit.
Once in the chair, I tried to communicate my desired hairstyle (Bantu knotless medium) to the stylist, but it became apparent that they never done this style before. Despite my repeated attempts to provide clear instructions/ video, it felt like they were doing whatever they pleased, resulting in a hair glue that bore no resemblance to what I had requested. It was as if they were following their own agenda rather than catering to the customer's preferences.
The overall atmosphere of the salon was chaotic and unprofessional. The staff appeared more focused on gossiping amongst themselves than on providing quality service. The lack of attention to detail was evident not only in my disastrous haircut but also in the messy and unkempt appearance of the salon itself.
To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant for the subpar service I received. I expected to pay a premium for a high-quality salon, but what I got was far from worth the cost. It's clear that this salon prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, my experience at Lovetee Braid was a complete letdown. From the apathetic to the unskilled stylist, the entire visit was marked by incompetence and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice and explore other options where your time and money will be better invested.
The style I wanted is on the left and the style I got is on the right.
P.S. She did ask me to do deposit, which I refused to do before my appointment because I never been to this specific salon. A 30 minute delay start time and gluing my hair to create the knot at the end. It took two hours to take down my hair because she used a lot of glue. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. It deserves no stars.

Despite arriving promptly for my scheduled appointment, I was disheartened to find that the salon was not ready to accommodate me at the agreed-upon time. The delay not only inconvenienced me but also compromised my schedule for the rest of the day.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to delays. However, as a customer who has made the effort to honor the appointment and has adhered to the deposit policy, I expected a more punctual and professional service.
In light of this experience, I would like to address the following concerns:
Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial in the service industry, and the delay I encountered was not in line with my expectations.
Communication: I would appreciate improved communication regarding any delays or changes to scheduled appointments. This would have allowed me to adjust my plans accordingly.
